GFG High Efficiency Fluidizing Dryer (Fluided bed dryer)
The structure of fluidization bed is of round so as to avoid dead corner.
Inside the hopper there is a stirring device in order to avoid agglomeration of raw material and forming canal of flow.
The granule is discharged through the method of turning over. It is very convenient and full. The discharged system can be designed as request too.
It is operated at he conditions of negative pressure and seal. The air is filtered. Therefore it is simple in operation and convenient for cleaning. It is an ideal equipment that is in conformity with the requirements of GMP.
The drying speed is fast and the temperature is uniform. The drying time is 20-30 minutes normally.
Purified and heated air is introduced from the bottom through suction fan and passed through the screen plate of raw material. In the work chamber, the state of fluidization is formed through stirring and negative pressure. The moisture is evaporated and removed rapidly and the raw material is dried quickly.
Applications
Screw extruded granules, sway produced YK series Granules and granules produced by GHL series Granulator.
Suitable for drying humidity block or powder raw material in Pharmaceutical, foodstuff, feed, chemical industries and so on fields.
Large granules, small blocks and adhesive material.
The materials that volumes migh vary during drying process.
